Jamie has a B.A. (Honors with Distinction) in Health and Physical Education and a M.S.Sc. in Fitness and Sport Management. She has over thirty years experience working in the health and fitness industry developing wellness programs, teaching/coaching, working in the corporate sector and with personal clients. She has worked as an athletic director coaching successful undefeated, league championship teams including the collegiate level at Bowdoin College. She also has managed fitness centers including the Wellness Center for Anthem Blue Cross and WellPoint www.wellpoint.com associates, which received the 2007 WELCOA gold award www.welcoa.org for outstanding worksite wellness programs. She is now affiliated with The Institute of Lifestyle Medicine,

She does personal fitness one-on-one training, coaches private clients, and facilitates integrity makeovers, empowering clients to be authentic and lead the happier and more fulfilling life they always dreamed about.

amie holds a PCWC, Professional Wellness Coach Certification through Wellcoaches Corporation www.Wellcoaches.com in Wellesley, MA and has achieved professional certification as a Certified Health and Fitness Specialist with The American College of Sports Medicine, www.ACSM.org. She has completed personal integrity training with psychologist, Dr. David Gruder, author of The New IQ, www.TheNewIQ.com (How integrity serves you, your relationships and our world;) Del Mar, CA and has leadership training from www.ccl.org, The Center for Creative Leadership in NC. Jamie is currently enrolled with The Minds at Work Program through Harvard's Graduate School of Education. She is working towards an Immunity to Change Professional Coaching Certification in 2012.
