When was the last time you consciously did physical activity for the sheer benefit of personal effectiveness and joy? Some think it isdescribe the image painful and simply a task that needs to be done because others say it is good for your health. Still, others do physical activity to prevent disease and stay healthy. Why do you do physical activity? Is it to feel your strong muscles being nurtured and cared for? Do you do physical activity because it enhances your mood and creates a wonderful sense of accomplishment? Physical activity boosts confidence and self-esteem....two components of personal effectiveness.....the foundation for health, happiness and sheer joy of being alive. Where does your joy come from?
