Owning Your Power to Control Your Health

When will you own the power to control your health... again? Do you invest in it, care and value it, and believe you can ask more for yourself? Leaving familiar and safe habits (around: eating, exercising, managing stress, creating happiness, feeling emotionally at peace....etc.) that have served you well is not easy. Making changes for something new and unknown can be done when you honor and value courage, humility, compassion, love and generosity. What have your life successes been?
