Have you had some negative experiences recently? Sure you have, we all do. Taking a positive approach to how you respond to negative experiences will enlighten your life, radiate a happier you to the world, and make life a joyful place to be. How did you respond to those negative experiences? It's not about changing your circumstances it's about changing how you think, what you do and how you feel about those experiences that will change your life and help you fail forward. Personal effectiveness is taking responsibility not blaming others. It is learning one positive thing from the negative experience, and not making the same mistake. Personal effectiveness is realizing failure is how we are given opportunities to learn and move ahead to being a better person. Personal effectiveness is owning that positive attitude. Personal effectiveness is knowing we are given these negative experiences to make us mentally stronger, more determined, more resilient and more hopeful. Perseverance is one of my strengths. Is it one of yours? How teachable are you going to be? Are you willing to learn from failing and that it is okay? How many negative experiences can you turn into positive, thank you very much, situations?
