Use one ingredient, create healthy habits by adding personal effectiveness (AKA: personal integrity). When you add personal integrity to your lifestyle choices, your self-care habits, and your teachability, you create a foundation for success which rolls into healthy habits. If you use personal effectiveness in creating your healthy habits, what do you think the benefits will be? Yes, your self-respect and honor for yourself soars. Yes, you will be happier, more positive, more optimistic, resilient and hopeful. Yes, you will be that positive role model for co-workers and family members. Yes, you can lose weight. Yes, you align your values with your habits. Yes, you will smile more and create healthier relationships. Yes, you will impact your family, your communty, your work-place, the world. When will you take action and start creating healthy habits for yourself, your relationships and the world?
