Positive Thoughts Empower

Do you want to empower yourself and make changes to start living your best? Thinking positive thoughts manifests the things and events in your life. Did you know that the physical reality you are and live is a mirror of your thought patterns? The simplicity of the previous statement is magnificent. Change your thought patterns, and yes you can change your life.

(1) Identify the rewards you desire that you want delivered from your life.

(2) State a feeling that each reward must bring you. This is what you want to achieve.

(3) Re-read your lists. Do you notice any common goals that your rewards and desires are aimed at? Here is a quick example: I want a healthy body that is physically fit and has a normal body mass index for someone my age. If I attach a feeling to each of these things.....I know how fabulous it feels being fit, healthy and trim. I feel confident, happy, enthusiastic, energetic, beautiful, etc. etc.

(4) Tell yourself when you want these things to begin to happen. Use the power of your voice to confirm and reconfirm these ideas, whether it is in your head (thoughts) or out loud (words).  This needs to happen each day...when is a good time for you to start? Will you be able to use this process when you allow negative thoughts to enter your mind? What do you allow to counteract YOUR positive thoughts?
