In order to be healthy, whole and complete,
personal effectiveness must be a cornerstone of how you live your life. When you experience dis-ease, fear and anger are the root causes that create an unhealthy, dis-eased body. Think of all the emotional ways that anger can immerge....through....irritability, frustration, jealousy, resentment, impatience, being overly critical or bitter. Fear shows up as anxiety, nervousness, feeling unworthy, insecure, and possessing doubt and worry. If you want to improve your health, you need to release these old emotions and begin to heal your life and your body.
What positive thoughts can you replace your feelings of fear and anger with? When you can replace any thought of anger or fear with thoughts of positive, supportive and life affirming phrases....you will have begun to release old patterns that are causing dis-ease within your body.
